Processing Time
All orders undergo processing within 1–3 business days. Please note that shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Each order is shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress every step of the way.
Shipping Time
We currently offer standard free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days for all orders.
Important Note
Occasional delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues, customs procedures, or address inaccuracies. If you experience a delay, please contact our customer support team. We are committed to keeping you updated and assisting you throughout the process.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations. If changes are needed, please contact our support team at contact@threeauss.com as soon as possible.
After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed and shipped, making modifications impossible. Threeauss is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Thank you for your understanding.
Does Threeauss Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, Threeauss only ships within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping services. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive one, please contact us at contact@threeauss.com, and we will provide your tracking information. You can also track your order using our tracking page.
Tracking Shows Order Was Delivered But Not Received?
If the tracking status shows your order as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members in case it was delivered to them by mistake.
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
- Contact the carrier directly for delivery details.
- If the package is still missing, reach out to us with proof of non-delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
